Had a great experience with Hugh at HMK Car Sales. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - friendly, honest, and made the whole process of getting the car straightforward and stress-free. He was really flexible with arranging a time that worked for me to come and view the car, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I even got to meet his wee dog, which was a nice bonus. Genuine gentleman with a professional yet down to earth attitude. Highly recommend.

Hugh made everything so easy from start to finish. He clearly values his customers and wants to give them only the best experience of buying a vehicle which is of a truly high standard. He gave us lots of time to look over the car ourselves with no feeling of pressure. Test drive was no problem either. Answered all questions openly and was overall a genuine nice person to deal with. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and would use him again. Thank you!

I bought a car off of Hugh last week and cannot rate the man highly enough. He went above and beyond on the car, and worked to accommodate my circumstances as I was heading off. I'd been around a lot of dealers looking for a car and Hugh was easily the best, both in professionalism and on a personal level. If you're looking for a car, look no further.

Can't recommend enough. Hugh is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. He went above and beyond to accommodate me by staying open late to view the car, collecting me from the train station when I purchased the car, also providing extensive car service history etc. Would happily do business with HMK Car Sales again! Thrilled to say the least with my new Toyota GT86.

I can not recommend this dealer enough. Hugh is one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with. I viewed a vehicle with him. Extensive service history and very reasonably priced and he still knocked money off! I viewed it one day and picked it up the next. And I was only getting out of work late and Hugh the gentleman stayed open late just to allow me to collect the car! The car is perfect but had an issue with the heating system which Hugh took the car back and repaired and did not charge me a penny, despite me already owning the car! I genuinely could not recommend this man enough and will be back in a couple of years for my next car!

Hugh was great from start to finish. We discussed things on the phone at 10am, I was at the showroom at 2pm and was driving the car away at 3pm. No pressure, no hard sell, just a really good car that I couldn't turn down. The most honest and upfront salesperson I think I've dealt with. I would highly recommend.

Hugh was a pleasure to deal with, from the initial call to the viewing of the car a few days later. My wife, baby and I recieved a warm welcome from Hugh, his wife and lovely dog Bosco. See attached a picture of our lovely A6 that I finally got around to washing this afternoon. I was keen to drive the vechile away after buying it as we had travelled 2 hours so Hugh kindly offered to take me to a local post office to sort out the tax. Overall I felt valued as a customer and in no way pressured as I have previously when buying cars. We would definitely consider dealing with Hugh in the future when looking to trade up.

I recently bought a car at HMK. I instantly warmed to the business as it is family run and even has the family dog on site! Hugh was an incredibly honest and decent person who I felt I could trust very quickly. I got a really great deal on the car and have really enjoyed my first couple of weeks with the car.

First class service by Hugh! Helped relieve any worries I had about buying a used car. Had some small concerns regarding the car when I test drove it. Had everything sorted by the time I took keys.
