Just got my daughter a A1 Audi what can I say about HMK car sales ltd , where I start from first I want to thank Hugh for making everything possible the service was top class I cant thank him enough he went out off his way possible to make everything great for my daughter the things needed done he had everything sorted just to keep her happy , again thanks Hugh Ive deal with a couple off car sales theres not much out there like him so people if you want to trust anyone in cars HMK CAR SALES LTD is the place to buy a car Hugh is definite class again thanks so much T and K

He made the purchasing experience easy and reassuring.The car I bought recently is immaculate and is driving beautifully. Hugh Thank you for everything, you made buying a car so easy and stress free, as a working mum who does care in the community you worked around my job & helped me so much, I have been buying cars over the last ten years and I have never came across a man like you! Not pushy not making me feel under pressure just kind caring and really made my experience so much easier! My 7 year old boy came away saying hes so kind mummy thank you for everything I picked my car at 5pm on Thursday & was working in it the following day this guy sorted everything for me.

Just picked up my Audi A7 from Hugh at HMK Car Sales and I honestly couldnt recommend him enough. From start to finish he was professional, genuine, and really easy to deal with no pressure, just honest advice and great service. The car was exactly as described, spotless when I arrived, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. If youre looking for someone trustworthy who takes pride in what they sell, definitely give Hugh a shout. Absolutely delighted with the A7 and will be returning in the future for more business.

From the minute we made contact with Hugh about purchasing a car from him his service was top class from start to finish. Hugh is straight forward and easy to deal with. The car we bought was MOT to April, but Hugh put it through again before we received car so it has a full year on it now. Would highly recommend purchasing from HMK.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz A-Class AMG Line from Hugh at HMK Car Sales today, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Hugh went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. - The car came with a fresh MOT for a year. - Hugh had already changed the gearbox, even though it wasnt due for a few thousand miles saving me the hassle and expense down the line. - He replaced the front tyres that were just starting to wear, filled in small areas of chipped of paint from previous ownership and even ensured the car had plenty of fuel before I drove it home. - The car itself was spotless inside and out, and I was given a proper, healthy test drive far more than youd usually expect. The car drives brilliantly. - Hugh took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about the car to ensure I was confident when I went to drive it home - he even helped to get the car synced up to my phone for the journey home and helped prepare the paperwork to get it taxed. What really stood out was Hughs decency and professionalism. After I had a terrible experience with another garage, this was a breath of fresh air. He kept in touch with me from the very first enquiry right through to collection, making the whole process smooth and reassuring. If youre looking for a trustworthy, helpful, and customer-focused dealer, I cant recommend Hugh and HMK Car Sales highly enough. I will not hesitate to recommend Hugh to friends and family.

Bought a motor from HMK Car sales today. Such a nice experience. Got a lovely car at a good price. Hugh really does go out of his way to look after you. Looks after you as if you are a family member. I was having trouble with my finance deal so in steps hugh and sorts it all out for me. If it wasn't for him weaving his magic I would have been walking home. Don't hesitate buying a car from this family business.

Hugh's service was first class. He was very accommodating and spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with everything. I recently bought an A-Class Mercedes from Hugh, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A genuinely friendly and honest person, Hugh went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the car before driving away. He was very accommodating when it came to collecting the car and even put it through a new MOT for the year as a gesture of goodwill, as it was due in January. I bought a Hyundai i30 with Hugh and the experience was faultless. He takes great pride in his business and his reviews speak volumes, he is genuinely one of nicest people. He so friendly, makes sure his cars are well looked after and will ensure the customer is happy. Little things like having the car valeted again before pick up, despite it already being spotless, helping me get the car taxed, taking it to MOT for me even though it still had a few months left and introducing me to his lovely wife and dog Bosco. Its the genuine little touches he does to ensure the customer has the best experience and its appreciated. The multiple 5 star reviews say it all really.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our VW Up GTI with Hugh. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making sure we found the right car. He really took the time to answer all our questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was Hughs honesty and attention to detailhe went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident with our purchase. Best experience Ive hate to date with buying a car, Hugh was so helpful in terms of explaining things with the car and how to set up certain controls, also so helpful in the process of buying it with finance and checking in with me every step of the way to offer help. Bought a car here recently and had an overall smooth, pleasant experience. The seller was friendly and helpful they even assisted us with directions and navigation, which we really appreciated. They also have a very cute and calm dog, our child absolutely loved it, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Thanks again for your help, were happy with the car.

Hugh made everything so easy from start to finish. He clearly values his customers and wants to give them only the best experience of buying a vehicle which is of a truly high standard. He gave us lots of time to look over the car ourselves with no feeling of pressure. Test drive was no problem either. Answered all questions openly and was overall a genuine nice person to deal with.
