Bought a motor from HMK Car sales today. Such a nice experience. Got a lovely car at a good price. Hugh really does go out of his way to look after you. Looks after you as if you are a family member. I was having trouble with my finance deal so in steps hugh and sorts it all out for me. If it wasn't for him weaving his magic I would have been walking home. Don't hesitate buying a car from this family business.

Hugh's service was first class. He was very accommodating and spent a lot of time making sure we were happy with everything. Hugh's cars were immaculate and we had a great experience doing business with him at HMK Car Sales. Hugh went above and beyond by getting the car valeted again before collection and even put my tax through to make things easier for me. Thank you, Hugh, for your time and experience. I recently bought an A-Class Mercedes from Hugh, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. A genuinely friendly and honest person, Hugh went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with the car before driving away. He was very accommodating when it came to collecting the car and even put it through a new MOT for the year as a gesture of goodwill, as it was due in January. I would highly recommend HMK Car Sales to anyone looking to buy a car.

I bought a Hyundai i30 with Hugh and the experience was faultless. He takes great pride in his business and his reviews speak volumes, he is genuinely one of nicest people. He so friendly, makes sure his cars are well looked after and will ensure the customer is happy. Little things like having the car valeted again before pick up, despite it already being spotless, helping me get the car taxed, taking it to MOT for me even though it still had a few months left and introducing me to his lovely wife and dog Bosco. Its the genuine little touches he does to ensure the customer has the best experience and its appreciated. The multiple 5 star reviews say it all really.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience buying our VW Up GTI with Hugh. From start to finish, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely passionate about making sure we found the right car. He really took the time to answer all our questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was Hughs honesty and attention to detailhe went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident with our purchase. The VW Up GTI itself has exceeded all expectations, but it was Hughs excellent service that made the experience outstanding. Best experience Ive hate to date with buying a car, Hugh was so helpful in terms of explaining things with the car and how to set up certain controls, also so helpful in the process of buying it with finance and checking in with me every step of the way to offer help. Bought a car here recently and had an overall smooth, pleasant experience. The seller was friendly and helpful they even assisted us with directions and navigation, which we really appreciated. They also have a very cute and calm dog, our child absolutely loved it, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Thanks again for your help, were happy with the car.

Had a great experience with Hugh at HMK Car Sales. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with - friendly, honest, and made the whole process of getting the car straightforward and stress-free. He was really flexible with arranging a time that worked for me to come and view the car, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I even got to meet his wee dog, which was a nice bonus. Hugh made everything so easy from start to finish. He clearly values his customers and wants to give them only the best experience of buying a vehicle which is of a truly high standard. He gave us lots of time to look over the car ourselves with no feeling of pressure. Test drive was no problem either. Answered all questions openly and was overall a genuine nice person to deal with. From the outset, Hugh has been brilliant and I couldnt recommend HMK enough. The car was exactly as described, was spotless and he had gone to all lengths to present the car in its best condition. The car was very competitively priced and he puts the customer first. The car picked up a small sensor fault after sale and he organised repair immediately. HMK Car sales/ Hughs service is exactly as described in other reviews -5 stars (which was a reassuring when deciding to purchase the car). Hugh goes above and beyond. Also, if you get a chance to meet Bosco the dog, you wont be disappointed - class wee fella.

Can't recommend enough. Hugh is a gentleman and a pleasure to do business with. I can not recommend this dealer enough. Hugh is one of the most pleasant people I have ever dealt with. I viewed a vehicle with him. Extensive service history and very reasonably priced and he still knocked money off! I viewed it one day and picked it up the next. And I was only getting out of work late and Hugh the gentleman stayed open late just to allow me to collect the car! The car is perfect but had an issue with the heating system which Hugh took the car back and repaired and did not charge me a penny, despite me already owning the car! I genuinely could not recommend this man enough and will be back in a couple of years for my next car!

Hugh was great from start to finish. We discussed things on the phone at 10am, I was at the showroom at 2pm and was driving the car away at 3pm. No pressure, no hard sell, just a really good car that I couldn't turn down. The most honest and upfront salesperson I think I've dealt with. I would highly recommend.
